Danny is the Best!! I want to thank Danny and all the staff at Certified Benz & Beemer. I went in to just look around at possibly buying a new vehicle, but was not sure I I want to thank Danny and all the staff at Certified Benz & Beemer. I went in to just look around at possibly buying a new vehicle, but was not sure I was going to make a purchase. Danny was very patient with me as a walked the lot and he informed me of the differences between the various vehicles. Let me say that CBB has some great cars on the lot and a ton of inventory. I found a beautiful BMW that I could not live without and drove home with her that day. Thank you everyone! The process was easy and the staff is very friendly. Not Bad for a group supervised by aBrit and BAMA fan ! My sales person Andy was relentless. I originally called to see if a car I saw on the net was available. Andy got the call. I told hi, I was coming in the next day and I did not. Andy called to follow up to see if he missed me and I told him I was coming in in 2 days. He called the day before to make sure I was coming. When I arrived he greeted me and my son. He had the car waiting in the shade for us to view. He must have noticed the lack of excitement about the car because he took us upstairs to view 2 more cars. My son was really excited about one of them. I told Andy that we were going to look at one other car before we close the deal. Andy stated he understood and asked for a time frame. While looking at the other car my son and I stopped for lunch. We took longer than planned but as we were heading back to the dealership Andy called to see if we were coming back. e finalized the deal and drove off HAPPY. The over all experience was GREAT. Andy was not a pressure salesman. He was persistent but not a nescience. I encountered the finance manger Tracey who was very friendly and the pit bosses. They too were friendly and willing to have work to WIN WIN situation for us all. You guys continue to remember that people can go anywhere to look at a car but, the Customer Service define whether or not they buy it from you or not. Thank you Andy for a making us feel satisfied. I left feeling like we all got what we wanted. More

Used 2008 Ford Escape I had an amazing car-buying experience with Jim Beyer this afternoon when purchasing a used 2008 Ford Escape. Although this was most likely the least I had an amazing car-buying experience with Jim Beyer this afternoon when purchasing a used 2008 Ford Escape. Although this was most likely the least expensive car on the lot, Jim was personable, professional, and very patient with my needs and requests. This was my first car-buying experience and have to say, Jim and Certified Benz and Beemer made it a pleasure. They were willing to work with my tight budget and provided a smooth, stress-free process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to not have their time wasted with sales pitches and empty promises. These guys certainly know how to cut to the chase and give you what you need to make an educated purchase. I look forward to returning for any of my car maintenance needs. More

Above and Beyoind I gave Tony an insurmountable task to find a specific Mercedes Benz for my wife and with in 2-hours he and Jack had located the exact vehicle that I h I gave Tony an insurmountable task to find a specific Mercedes Benz for my wife and with in 2-hours he and Jack had located the exact vehicle that I have not been able to find myself for over a month. They went the extra mile to negotiate an excellent price. They had to purchase the vehicle from a dealer across country and when the car-fax showed a potential concern, both Jack and Tony spoke directly with the owner of the dealership to insure there was no hidden issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Tony to anyone in the market for a quality vehicle as he has demonstrated extreme integrity and the willingness to go above and beyond. I think it is note worthy of mentioning that we dealt with Mercedes Benz of Tucson and even though they knew what we were looking for, they never attempted a fraction of the effort to locate the exact vehicle my wife wanted as Tony did. The Gary Gordon experience I purchased my car in August and my first review did not go through but um here to tell you that given another month to think about my experience has I purchased my car in August and my first review did not go through but um here to tell you that given another month to think about my experience has made me think about how easy and stress feel purchasing a car from Gsry was. I was treated as if I was buying the Ferrari on the lot. He was very pleasant and willing to be there whenever I could home in.
