Friends in AZ test drove the vehicle on my behalf and gave the car two thumbs up along with the sales rep Alex Kankus. Alex is an great sales rep, professional, knowledgeable and very prompt in returning phone call and emails. I also worked with Rocio and Lee Grubbs as well, both we very helpful and knowledgeable about my concerns and needs. Even the trucker who delivered my vehicle was the consummate professional! EASY & HONEST TRANSACTION I typically don't write reviews, but am compelled to write about my experience with CBB. I first went to Scottsdale Bentley as I was looking to trade I typically don't write reviews, but am compelled to write about my experience with CBB. I first went to Scottsdale Bentley as I was looking to trade in my Bentley Continental GT for a newer car. Scottsdale Bentley was snobby and outright rude; the salesman asked me questions, then he'd ignore me as he helped a fellow salesman, then he came back to me. I just left. I am a lawyer. If I treated clients that way, I most definitely would have no clients at all. It was disgraceful. I wouldn't do business with them if my life depended on it. So then I went to CERTIFIED BENZ & BEEMER and met Salesman Andrew Manahl, who was awesome. What a contrast!! He was completely attentive and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicles. He wasn't pushy at all. He quite literally did everything possible to make sure everything surrounding this entire transaction was done right. He really went the extra mile and is someone I would gladly do business with any day of the week; I will certainly refer all my friends to him. Tracey Weaver, the finance director, was equally amazing. She knows exactly what is needed and what isn't--her primary goal is ensuring the customer get the best deal on financing possible while at the same time making sure that plates, title, tags etc. are taken care of. This is usually the crappy part about buying a car, but Tracey made all of this a breeze, while being very personable and pleasant in the process. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jack, the owner, who could not have been more helpful in making sure the entire transaction went smoothly. All in all, THIS is exactly what the vehicle purchase experience should be like. What a breath of fresh air. CB & B is the gold standard for the car buying experience.
