This was a positive experience from beginning to end! I was greeted by James Valentine within three minutes after I walked upon the property and two days later I was signing papers to my new "used" car. He was a pleasure to work with and really catered to my wants and needs. I thought to myself when I drove off in my new car........".Finally! A car salesman that listens........not that pushes you into something that you may regret when that first payment rolls around!" A few days later, Certified Benz and Beemer made a Boo Boo .....with unfortunately running my debit card for my deposit on two different days twice. This resulted in a horrible negative account problem with almost 200.00 in late fees at my personal bank. When I caught the error I immediately called them and reported the error. Amanda in the office was more than helpful. Immediately fixing the error and paying for my late fees I incurred and made a trip to deposit the money into my bank account! I will definitely be buying another car from the family of CBB and I recommend you do too!! Ask for James! Heather Townsend More

Jeff was so helpful, he searched his inventory using the items I was looking for and found several vehicles that fit the bill. After finding the "one", he had it detailed and then followed me all the way home so that I could deliver the gift..he even supplied me with a huge bow for the hood. This was a great car buying experience, and the customer service from the entire staff, especially Jeff was second to none. I will be shopping there for my future vehicles. More

The car I bought here has a lot of problems after the next two days. I went back to the dealer, they are not willing to fix it, and they tell me to go to the official BMW dealer. Also you can't return the car even the purchase is within 3 days, they only do exchange, which you have to pick a higher value car. After sales service is terrible. Don't ever purchase a car here!
