I purchased my 2006 vehicle from C B&B in February and brought it in for basic maintenance 9/6/14. They checked everything I requested, didn't up sell me anything I didn't need, and I'm quite satisfied with the price. With tax, $97.88 for an oil change; however, understand that with today's synthetics, the car can go 10 or 12,000 miles between oil changes. The $97 comes out to be less expensive in the long run as opposed to having had done 4 oil changes at $30 (or more) every 3,000 miles. I would buy another car from them, AND, equally important, my days of heading to chain lubritoriums is over. My vehicle will be always be serviced at Certified Benz and Beemer henceforth. More

I have a number of problems with this vehicle and was total unhappy with car. My salesperson Alex Kankus, brought me into a meeting with the sale manager who along with Alex were able to resolve all of my concern by replacing the vehicle with a newer model a 2009 550SL. their was a small price increase but one I could live with.Then their was an issue about the vehicle having only one key. was told that after I had agreed to purchase and the finance had been done in other words the deal was done. I paid $300 dollars at another dealer for a scone key. I was very upset. Alex directed me to the owner who listen to my concern and at the end of our conversation wrote me a check for 300 dollars covering the cost of the key. For me at the end of the day all of my concern were resolved with great satisfaction. Everyone in the dealership listen and then delivered with great customer care .The question then become would I recommend a friend or family member to Alex and his team Professional sales and service? I would respond with a Resounding YES I would. More
