this is a dealer that my relative went to for a bmw. We liked the high quality of vehicles they have there. They do not sell junk high end cars like some other Phoenix dealers do. Before driving 250 miles, Mr. Pena the supervisor insured that the vehicle was exactly as advertised by over looking the vehicle. Rims and tires were different, body damage, & paint damage was clearly notica that the vehicle was exactly as advertised by over looking the vehicle. Rims and tires were different, body damage, & paint damage was clearly noticable. If vehice was to be purchased Mr. Pena offered $150 to fix all discrepancies; clearly not enough to fix a scratch. This dealership purchases anti theft systems for their vehicles and adds over $600 dollars to the buyers price on top of the doc fees which we all know is a xx fee. After that I saw another vehicle to purchase trying to not make it a wasted trip, and still Mr. pena would not work with me. Definately the worst car shopping experience I ever had. More

The Dealership communicated frequently, informing me of every step in the purchase of a used 2007 GMC Sierra. We purchased a used BMW 325 from these guys 2 years ago. The car is great and the service has been outstanding. All the service guys are great but Brian in particular has gone above and beyond for us. We n The car is great and the service has been outstanding. He lead me to a car at a very good deal and encouraged me to consider a car I wasn't considering before as he used to own the very car and said it was one of the best cars he ever owned.
