"Sight Unseen" This was the first time I had ever bought a car sight unseen. Being 1400 miles from Scottsdale, I relied on Alex & Peter to examine the car as if I h This was the first time I had ever bought a car sight unseen. Being 1400 miles from Scottsdale, I relied on Alex & Peter to examine the car as if I had been there. They were thorough & up front about the car's condition. They found a door ding, some minor rock chips & 2 wheel nicks. On delivery a week later, the 2011 BMW 550i GT w/ 42,000 miles was perfect! I'm an amateur detailer & work on my own cars. I could not find a trace of a problem. After taking delivery, I had planned to stay at my home which was just purchased 25 miles from the dealership. Unexpectedly, there was no power or running water. Alex offered to put me up at his own home, which was incredibly generous & gracious. Finding a hotel room in the PHX area in July was no problem, but would have been impossible had it been Feb or March. I greatly appreciated the gesture. Alex & Peter went far above & beyond expectations to accomodate my needs. Thanks as well to Dustin, who helped pair my phone. More

When I arrived Travis greeted me and it was all handled with professionalism and efficiency. They diagnosed the problem and started the repair process. The even gave me a loaner while they made the repairs. The work was completed a head of schedule. My hat is off to Tony and Travis - great job. More
