No Pressure, Fantastic Selection, Fair Treatment I had a great experience buying my new (to me) BMW from Travis Walters. I went to CBB with one car in mind, so we test drove that make and model. I was impressed, but when I told him what impressed me about it he said that I may like something else even better (at the same price point). Man, did I ever! Travis was thoroughly knowledgeable about both makes and models and really worked with me to determine which car met my "must-have" list. Travis presented me with three payment options and we found a solution that best met my needs. I like the no haggle approach and I confirmed that the price was fair based on my post-purchase research. I like the 10-day exchange policy, too! Full disclosure: I'm an impulse buyer (and I'm female - cha-ching!). I had done "some" but not much homework. The next day, I noticed some vibration and unexpected road noise and began to worry that I had I made a mistake. So I took it to a BMW dealer here in the Valley (which is another story of excellent customer service). Anyway, one of their service reps drove the car with me and said the car felt solid, but needed new tires. I also confirmed that I am still under factory warranty and the BMW Road Side Assistance program. I took it back to CBB and they put new tires on it for me. They have a standard tire they use on my model and I didn't want that - I wanted the stock tires it came with - so I paid the difference. But I felt like I was treated with respect and honesty from start to finish. One negative - I was under the impression I'd get a "loaner" car while my tires were being replaced. Instead, I was picked up by Enterprise and I got a rental (on CBB's dime). It made the drop off and pick up a little less streamlined than I would have liked, but not a huge deal. More

Yesterday morning we decided it was time to find a new vehicle and since Certified Benz and Beemer was so highly recommended, we only worked with them. They had the perfect M Class SUV in stock and did a wonderful job of explaining all of the pricing, warranty, and service options available to us. Within 2 hours of arriving at the dealership, we drove our 2013 M Class home. Well, this afternoon I found a vehicle on true cars website that I really liked and sent a note inquiring about it. Not only did Travis immediately follow up with me, but early in the conversation he let me know that getting a car from him really was not the route to go because of the cost involved in shipping vehicles from Arizona to Cleveland. Knowing that he probably wasn't going to make a sale, still continued to help me with knowledge of all the ins and outs of car buying / leasing, as well as expertise in all 3 vehicles that I was interested in and what to be mindful of when looking at additional vehicles. He also offered his assistance if I were at the dealership and had questions about anything so that I wasn't being taken advantage of. To say that he went above and beyond to assist me would be an understatement. Travis listened to my questions and made suggestions that were best catered to my situation with no agenda other than making sure that my car buying experience was a good one.
