I thought I knew just what I wanted, but I got stuck over some tradeoffs, and she was brilliant helping me navigate through the choices and helped me get to a perfect solution. We found a car on line this past Saturday that we were interested in. I called & spoke with John. He went out found the car & test drove it. When we arrived we had a very friendly reception from a couple of employees who located John for us. John took time to show us the car. Explain the details about the car and the dealership. We took a test drive & fell in love with the car. Then came deal making time which everyone always dreads. But this time there was no pressure. Even though the car was priced well. John was able to work with Lee and get us an even better deal. For the 1st time I felt like I honestly got a great deal. We had priced around and knew we could not have beat this deal any where else. Especially because their cars are all certified with a 3 month 3000 mile warranty with many added dealer features. (Part of what makes them different). When we went into to meet with Dustin to finalize the paperwork. He offered an extended warranty. But didn't try to force it on us. They have a huge inventory. Three floors of incredible cars. I have probably purchased close to 75 cars thru the years. And I have to say. From the initial phone contact to the delivery of the vehicle. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was equally fortunate to have Tracey Weaver as the person handling the financing options. After exploring several options, the payments were a little too high, so we (Tracey) decided to see what a credit union with which they work would be able to offer. She illustrated a "worst case" scenario for payments with a lender, which would have been acceptable, and after underwriting review by the lender, the payment came in less than the "worst case" scenario.
