This is really a class act used car dealership. Mo was the sales associate that I worked with and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. I flew in to help my mother get a 7 series BMW as there was no way I was the sales associate that I worked with and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. I flew in to help my mother get a 7 series BMW as there was no way I was going to let her buy new or without assistance for that matter. I'll start by saying, this wasn't my first Rodeo buying a car and I would refer to myself as a border-line car consumer expert. With that being said, this wasn't Mo's first Rodeo either, and it really showed. I had many years on him, but he could spec out almost any make & model car I threw at him along with his review of the car right along with me. Even though I was pretty set on a certain car on the lot, I made him sell it to me, and I made sure to give him a hard time in the process - why you ask? Because I've made a habit of ruffling a few feathers when I buy, well when I buy almost anything. Mo not only took it in stride, but made me laugh in the process. Mo was exceptionally knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor and knew his way around the Finance markets. Mo is truly a unique and original sales associate and I'll be going back next time for sure. More

Excellent Ferrari Purchase Back in mid December, I made a phone call to Certified Benz & Beemer and spoke with James Valentine inquiring about the Ferrari 360 Modena. James was courteous & helpful in answering all my questions and followed up accordingly. He called me the following day and we tried to work a deal on the Ferrari and also got Chris Reyes (the sales manager ) involved. Chris was good in working the deal along with James and I ended up making the deal and buying the Ferrari from this dealership. I live in NJ & bought the car based on pics & videos and these two gentlemen made me feel comfortable & secure with the purchase even from buying accross the country. Then when it came to the shipping of car, Lee Grubbs (the General Manager) got involved and he set up transport for the vehicle right away with a reputable shipping company. All three gentlemen followed up with the sales & shipping process until the Ferrari was safely delivered to my home in NJ. Car was delivered in excellent condition with no damage. Then I dealt with Jack Schneider (the owner) regarding a service issue that he was able to resolve for me in a very professional and courteous manner. I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of doing business with Certified Benz & Beemer & give them a big "Thumbs Up"! More

Our salesman, Daniel Quintana, gave us the best car buyer experience we have ever had. And since we have bought 9 cars previous to this one, I believe that is a lot of previous car salesman experiences to co experience we have ever had. Daniel not only made every step of our car buying process so easy, but he sincerely went far and beyond caring about getting us a good deal and making sure we were happy with our choice. He even showed a genuine concern regarding my apprehension when I pointed out a few minor flaws on the exterior of the car. He immediately put me at ease when he said he would personally make sure the car would be detailed and touched up. The work that was done turned out beautifully and once again Daniel made sure I was happy. I have to add that my favorite Daniel quote was "If you are happy, then that makes me happy". I applaud this dealership for having someone like Daniel, because he certianly brings a wonderful, sincere and friendly image to their company. We now will be customers for life as long as we can have Daniel by our side each time we buy a car in the future. More

I purchased a 2007 Mercedes S550 from the dealership about a year ago. I had problems with the vehicle and spoke with the owner expressing frustration. Most dealerships would probably have not have been so accommodating but customer satisfaction is very important to them. I worked with salesman Alex to select a new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent several hours with my wife and I reviewing inventory and arranging test drives. We selected a 2011 BMW 335i. We love the car and were very pleased with the quick resolution and helpful service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used luxury car. More
