The vehicle we purchased was nearly 10 years old with well over 100,000 miles, but Rich and Peter were understanding and fair about our concerns and allowed us to have the vehicle assessed by our own mechanic. They were genuinely concerned about our needs and were willing to compromise in order to mitigate our concerns. Brian was very patient and helpful and a pleasure to work with. The price was fair and there was no pressure and no haggling - just a very simple process handled by some very nice people (including Peter Williams and Mo Abdouni in Finance).
