I acquired an older car that needed repairs. Prior to purchase, I had a mechanic look at it and he was very negative about the car and made me feel foolish for considering it. The reason I came into certified benz and beemer was because when i spoke with Tyson, he gave me very competitive pricing, was very polite and when I explained about the condition of the car, he stated "I've seen worse". I felt renewed and positive. I was given a loaner car, he always returned my calls in a timely manner, he talked in a supportive and informative way. Throughout the entire experience, I felt he had a genuine interest in helping me achieve my goals with the vehicle and keep the price reasonable. I must say too, being able to sit in the lounge, have a cup of coffee and not have to deal with looking at the car, looking at what needs to be done, and all those things under the hood was a pleasure. I thought I was going to need a new battery when I brought it in recently. They gave me a loaner car while they diagnosed my vehicle., The next day I was told my battery was fine and didn't need to be replaced! (I must have left something on in the car when I went out of town.)So refreshing to know they could have taken me for a new battery and I wouldn't have know the difference BUT THEY DIDN'T! Honesty! How about that??! I can tell you, my next car will be purchased from Certified Benz and Beemer. Thoroughly impressed! More
