This was a positive experience from beginning to end! I was greeted by James Valentine within three minutes after I walked upon the property and two days later I was signing papers to my new "used" car. H I was greeted by James Valentine within three minutes after I walked upon the property and two days later I was signing papers to my new "used" car. He was a pleasure to work with and really catered to my wants and needs. I thought to myself when I drove off in my new car........".Finally! A car salesman that listens........not that pushes you into something that you may regret when that first payment rolls around!" A few days later, Certified Benz and Beemer made a Boo Boo .....with unfortunately running my debit card for my deposit on two different days twice. This resulted in a horrible negative account problem with almost 200.00 in late fees at my personal bank. When I caught the error I immediately called them and reported the error. Amanda in the office was more than helpful. Immediately fixing the error and paying for my late fees I incurred and made a trip to deposit the money into my bank account!
