I went in to take a look at a used BMW with the intention to upgrade my 2008 to possibly a 2011 BMW. Gary met me at the entrance of the dealer which is rare these days and right away my apprehension was gone to upgrade my 2008 to possibly a 2011 BMW. Gary was very patient, kind, passionate and knowledgeable about his job, he did not give up on me and didn't send me on my way as most salesman would, but instead we worked together and he got me exactly what I was looking for in a car. I ended up driving home a 2010 C300 mercedes Benz and I love it!! I had not even considered that type of car but Gary thought of everything, he took the time to ask me all the right questions and then found the right vehicle for me. His attention to detail and customer service are remarkable, I drove 1 1/2 hours to get to the dealership but it was well worth it and I would do it again. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone, my experience was like no other, Thank you Gary you are the best !!! More
