I had done quite a bit of research on the Internet for a used Z4; answering the criterias keyed in, the same car kept popping up in AZ where we have a home. We went there to just check it out and left with the "deal" completed where they took our Boxter in exchange fo the Z4 ( plus $$$$ of course). Our sales person, Bill, demonstrated excellent customer rapport, not pushy, able to read our wishes and budget, seasoned with a hint of humor....good man, good professional! One could always argue the $ figures, the seller (us) is rarely 100% convinced that he got the bet deal, but regardless, we would rate our experience very highly. More

The best experience I have ever had purchasing from a dealer out of eleven cars from eight dealerships in 25 years. The car was priced right, the car was immaculate (as was the entire dealership, every c dealer out of eleven cars from eight dealerships in 25 years. I was given a fair amount for my trade, the staff was focused, attentive and in tune to my wants and needs, and the the process and paperwork was done very quickly. Three days later and I am still astonished at the attention to detail, professionalism and pricing. There is no question my future purchases will be from this dealership and I have told my experience to a client who is looking for a Ford King Ranch edition who is now excited about the opportunity to work with a dealership that "gets it". As a business owner and consultant I have seen a steady decline in service in all industries across the board and it was extremely refreshing to work with this dealership. After visiting another dealership and being disappointed I decided to stop by Certified Benz and Beemer. Alex was very friendly and patient as he showed me numerous cars that was in my price range. I became discouraged because i was unsure i would find the vehicle I really wanted but Alex continued to ask questions as to what type of car I was looking for and showed me cars that fit my taste. After showing me a few cars he showed me the BMW 525i. Although I liked the car I didn't feel it was in my price range nor did I have the time or patience for negotiating back and forth. Alex was clear cut and to the point on what the car can be sold for to insure it would fall into my price range. My overall experience was good with Alex and I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
