Driving off the lot in equity I walked into Certified Benz & Beemer dreading the process, since I was only looking for one particular model of car, and car buying is always a 50/50 I walked into Certified Benz & Beemer dreading the process, since I was only looking for one particular model of car, and car buying is always a 50/50 chance, varying dealership to dealership with high presser sales techniques. However, my view was quickly changed upon meeting Mo Abdouni, who instantly welcomed me with a smile, and I instantly felt his genuine sincerity in assisting me with my Volvo purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job running through the features of the C30R, but not only of that model, but of the Volvo brand itself. What I loved with this deal was that Mo0 never once made me feel pressured into purchasing a car, and the entire experience and choice was in my hands. He walked me through the process and every step of the way, he educated me on the steps being taken. The finance manager Trevor Gaiser entered into the deal, and to my surprise, he was just as cool, giving me $1000 over listed trade-in value, something none of the other dealerships I had been to would budge on. The final process of signing the docs was just as pleasurable as choosing the car. Certified Benz & Beemer didn’t cram ridiculous packages down my throat at the end, and truly let me decide what was best for me while educating me on the choices I had. I walked out of that place in two hours with an amazing deal that was on the exact car that I wanted. I truly believed I received a top notch deal from a top notch team at Certified Benz & Beemer driving off the lot "IN" equity . Quick buy i went in to check out a car wasn't planning to buy right away. i left that day with a new beamer... they offered such a good deal on the car and on m i went in to check out a car wasn't planning to buy right away. i left that day with a new beamer... they offered such a good deal on the car and on my trade in that i just had to take it. very friendly serve and am very happy with my purchase. the only bad note i have is the service department has been a hassle to get a hold of and has taken frequent calls to get ahold of them and have yet to receive a call back on a voice mail left. i am hoping that when i do get my car in that are able to make up for it. over all i would suggest this dealership to others More

He was professional, attentive, and more importantly HELPFUL! I was looking for a Mercedes or BMW and Danny walked me through his inventory showing me the difference between each model. After gathering what I was looking for Danny suggested a BMW 328 special addition. The car was listed at 37k, but he informed me that the car had an MSRP of 46k (I checked that night it was). Taking his recommendation in mind, I continued to look at several Mercedes and BMW 5 & 7 series cars. I came back the next day after thinking over all of the cars we had driven and I must say that Danny was right! The car he recommended had the best combination of color, features, miles, & year. Thank you Danny, I am very happy with my purchase and I will be back again. More

The dealership I would always come back to was Benz and Beemer’s their cars seem to be top of the line. I sent an E/mail and received an E/mail right back. I diden’t respond for over a week because I was under a Doctor care for depression and anxiety. I called and talk to the manager, he was so nice made me feel at ease, so I drove down feeling somewhat stress. I meet the dealer Bobby Ortega he was nice and so helpful. What stress I had went way. I spend about an hour and a half doing the paper work and on my way. I just wanted to thank you again Bobby More
