I waited 2 months before writing this so this is not emotionally tied to the purchase and reflects. This purchase went like clockwork. My son found the Company and Dealership on the Internet with pictures and info aboutthe vehicle of my choice. The vehicle was in excellent shape and the dealer had gone through the vehicle to elivate any possible problems that might arise. Everyone there was very friendly and as excited for me to get the vehicle as I was. All though I rated the cost of the vehicle as good, at no time did I try to barter the price because I felt that it was a fair price and was happy with the price at time of purchase. All employees were friendly and professional. This was a very good experience and I will recommend friends and peers to look into Benz and Beemer for future auto purchases. More
I was looking for another auto to add to the fleet. My search started on a Tuesday, 17 July 2012, in Albuquerque NM. Which is a 4 hour drive for me. I went to a dealer that routinely advertises "No Bull" search started on a Tuesday, 17 July 2012, in Albuquerque NM. Which is a 4 hour drive for me. I went to a dealer that routinely advertises "No Bull" deals, however when I went that was all I was fed. They had a crazy used car "package" that comes with every car on the lot, which included nitrogen filled tired, 2 free oil changes, the windshield/windscreen was coated 3 times with some anti-chip film, laser etched anti-theft. The package cost was 1550 USD!! I thought that was insane. I told the the sales person that he can take the nitro out of the tires and put air into it, keep the oil changes, and my Az insurance policy covers cracked windshields. The only thing that I felt that was remotely worth it was the etched windows, and I was not going to pay 1550 for it. So I stayed at the dealer to entertain the sales people. The SUV that I was looking at was a 06 Trailblazer SS that was 20 grand, but was on sale for 19500.00 with the package. So I offered 17 grand with out the package. Of course the package was not negotiable. So keep in mind I offered 950 dollars less then the sale price with out the package. So they took the offer back and shot me another offer of 19000.00. So they took off a whole 500 dollars! So I reminded them that I did not want the package, but I had to get the package. So we talked some more. In total I wasted about 1.5 hours at the home of no bull. So needless to say I left. I knew that I was going to Phoenix so I was going to look around down in the Valley Of The Heat. So we left The Duke City (Albuquerque NM) the next day, 18 July 2012. So of course I get a phone call that day, the 18th, saying that it just went on sale even more. Now the price was 17 grand and the sales guy was saying that he would not be surprised that if I offered 16 that I would walk out with it. I just told the guy that the ship has sailed and we are setting a course for Phoenix. I also told him that I felt that I was getting cheated. So that was it for the home of No Bull! So with the family packed up we left to PHX on,19 July 2012, which is a 6 hour drive for us. I was looking on craigs list(CL) to see what kind of deals Valley of the Heat had to offer, and that is when I came across the 06 Range Rover Sport, RRS, I stopped off at Certified Benz and Beemer to inspect the RRS and it was nice. Took it for a test drive and it took me a few days to finally pull the trigger and get the RRS but I am very happy with it. Of course CBB had a package but their package was more practical and cost less. Plus there was no need to shoot prices back to each other. They had the best price out there on the net, and I am always looking for a deal in CL and ebay. A example of what kind of deal shopper I am I don't mind flying to Dallas or Denver if they have what I am looking for, for the right price. There was no need to fly somewhere else. CBB had the best deal that I could find. Plus the staff that I worked with on the deal were very nice which included Berry(sales man), Jason(sales man), and the nicest finance manager Tracy. Of course sales people have to be nice but finance managers are a different story. Finance Managers are a deal killer for me. I have walked out on deals because the finance manager was less then cool. So my end state is look around but I am sure you will not find a better deal then you would a CBB. I was able to purchase a very high quality, slightly used Mercedes that was still under factory warranty. Tracy Weaver was also a great resource in financing the vehicle. She provided insight into pros and cons of various plans. We feel confident that Joey and Tracy had our best interests in mind while helping us secure the perfect new car. I couldn't be happier! More
"WHY' because this review is not a favorable one its probably not being accepted...anyhow here's my review...from my experience at B&B i would never recommend this dealership to anyone!!! i was its probably not being accepted...anyhow here's my review...from my experience at B&B i would never recommend this dealership to anyone!!! i was lied or "misinformed" to, the very first time i contacted them.. jason frey acknowleged the 2002 bmw 325i was availiable at $10988. as was posted on the ad..proof of income, bank statementsfor financeing. i asked if a 1996 caddi would work for a down payment, and was told "not a problem"that would be all i need...once there i provide proof of income and off he goes(never asked for bank statments). one hr or so later i'm told 1 lender approved but waiting for better rate....then i hear its an older vehicle with sum miles do i have any cash? Misled? No it was a lie to get me there, call it what you want. Now after hearing payments way above what we talked about and hearing the trade-in got $750. i was in awe. so then we agreed to $250.cash and trade...That made everyone happy the lender jason his manager...out comes the two feet of contract and the only figure i reconize there is the 2002 bmw 325i. Only now cost $13614.78 inc tax of $978.78. then doc fees $400. and without knowing i paid $117.77 to a public official no idea why. So now this bmw that this company was advertising for $10988 is being sold to me for $14131.55. and the trade-in is now worth $1700.to go along with the $250. hard cash brought the price to $12181.55. ok fine,once again every one happy the contract all signed power of attorney registration done deal shake hands. i drive off in what i thought was my bmw...until the next day the manager calls and says we want more money..we'll work with you bring it back... goes to show that at B&B the signing of a contract doesn't mean anything probably why they roll them out like toilet paper..the next question here says if i'd write the review while there...well i would have wrote it and handed to the owner, who probably trained these.....anyhow he'll never read this so whats the use..i am pete navarro and this is why i say B&B suck spoke with mr grubbs on phone, we went over the contract. he explained why they marked up the price and gave me a higher trade in value was how they "tried" to get MEfinianced, done on MY behalf. they are federally regulated. if it was on my behalf wouldnt you go lower?? he ended by it wasnt the dealership but the credit co that has final say so..with that said lee, your salesman lured me there with my trade would be all i needed. it wasn't a complete lie(thats the way i see it)i did get to drive off in a car. only to have to drive it back the next day...this be the reason i'll leave the rest of this updated review the same. my bad, i hadnt realized your team was trying to cheat the credit co into a lower rate or 20% in your pocket or how ever you said it, for that i thank you. are you happy now lee? it was a nice car.. and to john c. over at bmw of n scottsdale sorry for wasteing your time, i should have stayed with you, cause these people did nothing but waste my time... I originally went to look at a large SUV but found such great deals that I walked away with a coupe convertible instead and now I am working on another purchase from them…… Top notch! More
