First let me say it has been an extreme pleasure dealing with Daniel Quintana and we have enjoyed our Certified Benz & Beemer experience. What a great experience. I have purchased close to 30 cars in my life but very few purchases were this pleasant. Don is a no pressure sales guy that is happy to serve his customers. He has followed up cars in my life but very few purchases were this pleasant. Don is a no pressure sales guy that is happy to serve his customers. He has followed up several times to make sure everything has gone as smooth as possible. Trevor and Normand both contacted my wife and I to make certain the transaction went well. All three gentlemen had a genuine concern that we were satisfied with our purchase, the sincerity wasn’t just to get us to spend money and buy. I originally went to look at a large SUV but found such great deals that I walked away with a coupe convertible instead and now I am working on another purchase from them…… Top notch! More
Barry was awesome, very polite and friendly. He updated me on every step of the process! I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. It was no pressure in buying the vehicle that I have always wanted. I was a single female walking into an environment I had little experience on, but Barry made me feel very comfortable and answered all questions I had, he is a great asset to CBB! Chris was great too, answered all my finance questions and was always readily available! Thank you to the CBB team! Oh, they also had me out the door in less time than expected! Take care! Lucky More
I had a great experience buying my used car from this dealership. There was no pressure to make the purchases just friendly and honest service. The sales rep answered all of my questions and ensured tha dealership. There was no pressure to make the purchases just friendly and honest service. The sales rep answered all of my questions and ensured that if he didn't know the answer that he got it from someone who did. The financing process was amazing. I was given a break down even before my credit was ran which was extremely helpful. And lastly, the vehicle that I purchased was priced well below competitors and was in great condition. I will be back to this dealership for any future purchases. More
BUYER BEWARE: Just because it's in a nice building and BUYER BEWARE: Just because it's in a nice building and they act friendly, doesn't mean they're not ready to screw you over. Hey, it is a used car dea BUYER BEWARE: Just because it's in a nice building and they act friendly, doesn't mean they're not ready to screw you over. Hey, it is a used car dealership, right? I was steered to a 2008 Infiniti G35 from a slighlty older BMW 325i. The Infiniti was supposed to hold it's value better and it was a "great deal." Well, turns out the Infiniti was in an accident and the frame was bent, something not revealed at or before the sale. So, it was sold at a price fair for a non-accident car. Well, it's now worth $11,000 less than I paid for it. Maybe it's my fault for trusting these guys. Maybe not. The lesson here: if you think you've found a car you like at this place, take it to an outside source for an appraisal. Don't rely on the CarFax, because sometimes it's not as up-to-date as we'd all like. More
What a great experience! We came in two different times to test drive cars, working with Danny Quintana. We had a trade-in that he "went to the mat" for us on, and the result was a very nice deal that was to test drive cars, working with Danny Quintana. We had a trade-in that he "went to the mat" for us on, and the result was a very nice deal that was impossible to pass up. Danny was very helpful, and very nice to work with. I hate buying/trading-in cars, but this was our best experience to date. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the market for a car. More
Overall, I had a positive experience at CBB. You must remember that they are a car dealer so they are not interested in giving you too good of a deal. I mean they're in business to make a profit and as a remember that they are a car dealer so they are not interested in giving you too good of a deal. I mean they're in business to make a profit and as a capitalist I can appreciate this. So the good: selection, quality, & friendliness; the bad: a cracked tail light that they said "must have just happened". But I had been wathcing this car online for over 3 weeks and its cracked in the first pictures I saved to my computer, and low quality tint job; The ugly: nothing to report here. Maybe the temp in Scottsdale in July. In the end, after the reduced the online price of the vehicle, I was able to negociate the price down 2 more times, got them to replace the tail light, throw in the tint job and 3m door edge protection, and buff out some scratches for free. You can get a great car at a good price here, but don't be afraid to barter. It's a recession and if you go the cash and are competent then you are in the driver's seat. Like I said, overall a positive experience More
My husband and I both agreed that this was the best vehicle purchase experience we have had. Barry and Tracy were both extremely knowledgeable and professional. Barry also made our experience fun. THIS IS A LITTLE LONG BUT WELL WORTH THE READ. IF YOU'VE EVER BEEN TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF GARBAGE AT A DEALERSHIP PLEASE READ. CERTIFIED BENZ AND BEEMER IS THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING A EVER BEEN TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF GARBAGE AT A DEALERSHIP PLEASE READ. CERTIFIED BENZ AND BEEMER IS THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! On Monday, July 9, 2012 I went to a new car dealership in New Mexico (MELLOY NISSAN) where I found a 2009 370Z, sport package, platinum graphite metallic for $32,995.00. I was told the vehicle had been sold but I could buy a brand new 2012 370Z. I later found this was a LIE and the vehicle is STILL for sale. I agreed to purchase the new one and was offered $22,000 for my vehicle and was never allowed to negotiate a price on the 370Z. I spent 3 hours in the showroom with no one explaining anything to me. I was then given the key to my car and left. I was told by the sales manager he would have an answer for me by 9:30am on Tuesday, July 10, 2012. At 5:00pm I finally called and was treated like a piece of garbage by the sales manager (Vicente). I later learned Vicente was off that day and refused to help me purchase a car by telling me the deal was done and I wasn't able to get financed. I called the customer service manager (Paula) who gave me every answer I wanted to hear....unfortunately the actions of her dealership did not match what she said. I told another sales manager (Mark) that I was going to another dealership and he said "ok...that's fine." Could not believe a manager would be so willing to lose customers. As of Wednesday, July 11, 2012, I still had no idea what "deal" was sent to the banks for approval. After being feed up with the way I was being treated I began looking for another 370Z. I found Certified Benz and Beemer on the evening of Wednesday, July 11, 2012. At approximately 10:00pm I sent an inquiry for a 2009 370Z, sport package, platinum graphite metallic for $25,988 ($7007.00 cheaper than the first one). I also completed a trade in form explaining my vehicle and completed a finance application. I wasn't expecting much :) On Thursday, July 12, 2012, at approximately 8:00 am I received a call from Barry Bridges. I was expecting to have to completely repeat everything I had entered on the forms the night previous......I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. Barry explained a little bit about his dealership (not overwhelming) and explained how the process worked. At approximately 10:27 hours I was sent an "online negotiation" invitation. I clicked on this form and found several options available to me regarding interest rates (which were almost half what I was offered at the other dealership) and different options for terms and down payment (even zero down). I was also offered $250.00 more for my trade in than I was offered at the other dealership. The total cost of my deal, out the door, was $31,818.39 (less than the price of the other car). I saved $7257.00 by purchasing my car at Certified Benz and Beemer. The total money I saved on the life of my loan was $18,820.93. If you want to save money, time, aggravation and alot of mind games buy your car from this place. I will never buy another car from another dealer. Clearly, Certified Benz and Beemer is in the business of helping customers buy cars and Melloy Nissan is in the business of helping customers fatten the companies pockets. More
I bought my tc from CBB and had a great experience and so when it was time to trade it in for a new car I knew where to go.
