My overall experience was good. The only thing I think they could have done for me was send me on my way with a full tank of gas. The companies website said they would pay for out of town shoppers flights they could have done for me was send me on my way with a full tank of gas. The companies website said they would pay for out of town shoppers flights if they purchased a vehicle, but I drove up from Tucson (1.5 hr) and I recieved my vehicle almost on empty. I had already paid for a tank of gas to get up to Phoenix, so I was not too happy about filling up my new truck with almost $60 in gas. That aside Jeff and the staff were really friendly and very professional, and he even stayed open late to close my deal. More

We have been searching for a car not just any car but a 370 Z for quite some time. I came in for a Laguna Seca Blue M3. I had been looking for an E46 M3 for quite a while and knew they had an unbelievable car- only 24k miles! The car was in absolutely mint condition. There were a few issues with the tint and other very minor items which I pointed out and they fixed completley. They redid the tint and made sure everything was on point- even after the sale was complete. Alex made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end and treated the car as if it were his own. He even was patient with me during the test drive as I tried to recall how to drive stick. When it came to financing, Chris made sure the deal went through smoothly and went through all the packages and options available for the car without being pushy or trying to sell us anything; he simply gave his honest opinion about each package. The entire experience was smooth and professional and I will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending this dealership to my friends. More
