Daniel was great to work with. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. He was polite and remembered my name later in the evening when I showed up at the dealership. We discussed numbers on my trade as well as the vehicle. I feel like he worked with the sales manager (or whoever the guy is crunching numbers) to get me the best deal without having to go back and forth like most dealerships make you do. This was a very low pressure sale, when I wanted to leave teh dealership to think about the deal, there was no pressure to stay. I called him back the next day and worked out how I could have the car held until I could get back to town with the car I wanted to trade. As promissed, he had the car shined up and ready for a test drive for my girlfriend and me. I would highly recommend Daniel and will certainly look to do business with him in the future, despite the fact that I live 200 miles away, it would be worth the drive. More

We just purchased a BMW form your dealership. From the start our salesman Kim Shroyer was very friendly and helpful. He worked with financing to get us a payment that we were comfortable with. He didnt hesitate for a moment when my husband asked to put the car on a lift, which made me feel confident about our purchase. When we got home with the car we noticed the owners manuel was missing and Kim took the time to mail it out to us which we really appreciated. We live in Surprise so Tempe is a little bit of a haul but after the experience we've had at Benz and Beemers they were definitly worth the trip. More
