Hector Samanjego was awesome to deal with. He was very transparent about blemishes on the car I purchased and he even shared his wife’s homemade pound cake with me, which was delicious! A couple issues with the dealership, I noticed the car wasn’t very detailed before my test drive, there was dirt caked on the front bumper and I noticed dirt lining the underside of the trunk. Also there was only 1/4 tank of gas in it, and when I inquired about that they only filled it up to half a tank. Also after my deal was done and I was leaving, one of the tires was only inflated to 27psi while the rest were 38 so I had to go back to the dealership. A small paint chip was also pointed out on the hood, and I just feel like all of these issues could have been taken care of before I drove from Yuma to Scottsdale three hours away. I’ve bought used vehicles before at other dealerships and things like paint chips were taken care of and I left with a full tank of gas. More

Mr.Pham was kind and super generous, the interaction with him was fun and very transparent. We flew in from Texas to get the car and he was nice enough to come get us from the airport in the car so my husban him was fun and very transparent.
