Buying a vehicle can be a stressful process so I make sure to perform my due diligence and do my research, not only on the vehicle I want, but on the business I'll be doing business with. All of my research indicated that Certified Benz & Beemer conducts business at an elite level so that is where I chose to find my next vehicle. I knew I wanted a luxury sport vehicle so I made a list of a few of the many models they had in stock that met my criteria and headed over to Scottsdale. I was lucky enough to walk in on Thursday afternoon because James happened to be working and that man knows his stuff. He has a laid-back, even keeled quality to the way he does business and was supportive and knowledgeable throughout the process, not pressuring me a single time. After narrowing it down to 2 fantastic vehicles, I told him I was going to go home and make a final decision and would be back the next day to make a purchase. At this point, many other lesser salesmen would have turned up the pressure to try and keep me in the building until I made a purchase. James, knowing his client, did the right thing and gave me the vehicle pricing information, his card and promised to send me a reminder text the next day and let me walk out that door. No pressure which showed the trust he has in his product and his business, knowing I would be back. And I was. He even sent me a synopsis text with a video of each of the vehicles I was choosing from. I am happy to say I made a purchase of a beautiful BMW. I've bought many vehicles over the years, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I will be coming to James when I'm in the market for a truck next year, he has gained a lifetime client. Unfortunately, the story doesn't end there. The next day I noticed some minor damage to the interior door panel that I hadn't noticed before. I sent James a text with a picture and just as an elite level business should do, they made it right and immediately set me up with repair at my leisure. More
