James was good, but he was out of the office for a few days and i was passed around from sales person to sales person.. So my overall experience was not great and there was no personal care at all due thi days and i was passed around from sales person to sales person.. The car was shipped to me, and when I received it, one key didn't work, the protection film they put on the door edge was peeling off from the bottom and the vehicle was filthy... not their fault as car was shipped, but still big let down to see it in such bad condition upon receipt.
