Our experience at Certified Benz Beemer was exactly what you would hope it to be. We were NOT there for the preverbal 4 hours, rather we arrived, test drove the car, were provided a fair estimate of terms, you would hope it to be. We had lunch talked over the numbers call our salesperson (Matt Finkenberg), let him know where we needed to be, and he promised he'd get close. We went back to the dealership, took about 20 minutes to finalize numbers, and took another 20-25 mins for paperwork and were out the door. The car is gorgeous, the staff was friendly, and there was no hassle. VERY PLEASED! More

Just purchased Audi S5 and not too pleased with the service so far. I was charged $399 for tint and it seems like the tint was already on there. The reason I bring it up is based of the fact that there service so far. I was charged $399 for tint and it seems like the tint was already on there. The reason I bring it up is based of the fact that there are scratches on the tint. I had asked the service person if could be replaced, but he stated that it would have to bubble or peel first. If I’m being charged that amount for tint then I would expect it to be new and flawless. The other thing is that I just picked up the car from the dealer 4/8/2021 as it was being detailed and a clear shield was being added. It was decent on the outside, but the inside was not touched or cleaned at all. Right before I left after dropping it off on 4/7/21, I had confirmed the the interior would be detailed and they confirmed it would. It was left the exact same way and I would expect that it would have been taken care of since I had just completed the transaction. The dealership is very far from me and I’ve been up there 3 times already. I had also asked if they could attach the headrests that were in the trunk and when I picked up the car they were just thrown in the back seat. Update - all of my concerns were addressed in a very prompt time frame and they addressed all of my concerns. Great people and great team. Would gladly do business again with these folks More
I found a vehicle I was look for early in my search @CBB but did my due diligence and continued my search. They said right from the get-go, they don't discount prices and I would find out how competitive they would be....and they were right! After a week of looking, I bought the Lexus LS500 from them. Missed the "dickering/negotiations of car buying" but enjoyed this process more when complested. Seamless transfer of ownership. A satisfied customer truly at this point! More
