I had a great experience with CBB. I was looking for a specific M4 Convertible for about a year. I checked all the websites around the country almost on a daily basis. Finally, I found one on Autotrader specific M4 Convertible for about a year. I checked all the websites around the country almost on a daily basis. Finally, I found one on Autotrader, but is was across the country. I live in the Washington DC area and CBB is in Scottsdale. I contacted CBB and was connected with Andrew Manahl. He was very responsive to my questions, sent me the buyers packet with all the info I needed on the car and also send me videos of the car. I was very apprehensive to purchase a car sight unseen, but he assured me the car was in great shape. He also arranged to have it shipped for me for what I believe was a very fair price. I had the auto within a week from when I signed the purchase agreement. The car arrived and I am very happy with my car. More

In the beginning I was being contacted a lot by a gal that eventually quit or was fired when I was in the process of buying my vehicle. She was very helpful until whatever it was happened and then unexp that eventually quit or was fired when I was in the process of buying my vehicle. I tried speaking with different people about my concerns before shipping me my vehicle, but no one would call me back. Once they had their money, it was very difficult to get any info from this dealership. My vehicle was shipped without any notice and I had a little over 12 hours (6pm-9am) to figure out someone that could sign for my vehicle for me since it was too late for me to get a sub for work. The documents I signed online were filled out incorrectly and the overall price was incorrect as well on the docs. Overall, it seems the people at this dealership just don't speak or communicate with one another. Not a positive experience overall. More
