I'm sorry to say the follow up with CBB was not so successful. We thought we had the map feature in our new Porsche and expected the map chip to be sent to us. After several calls, we posted our disappointment here. Turns out we and Brandon were both confused and the map features was not enabled. This could have been cleared up quickly and was not. However, the management (including the owner) followed up quickly after our posting and resolved the issue satisfactorily. I continue to recommend CBB as a dealership. More
