I called Certified Benz & Beemers after having a very poor experience with another dealer. I explained to Saw that I was hoping to fly in to visit their dealership from out of state but I wanted to know poor experience with another dealer. She sent me excellent videos and told me what she knew about the car. I flew out that same day and the car was exactly as described. I arrived 5 minutes before closing time, but Saw and Omar spent the next 2 hours working with me, showing me my options and making sure the car was exactly what I wanted.
