The entire car was displayed for our appraisal and a test drive taken. I truly felt no pressure and even though we did leave to look at another make of car, we returned and told Andrew that I had decided on the Mini. From then forward the process was explained thoroughly and to my satisfaction. Then we were taken to Paul and he was able to show me the rate he could give me for a loan. I was satisfied and Paul proceeded to complete the entire loan process and we were "good to go". Easiest and most pleasant car purchase I've ever made.
