My experience with certified Benz and Beamer was great. As a first time buyer it can be nerve racking going through the car buying process but Ricardo really walked me though every step of the way. He made things very comfortable and easy and not so transactional or pushy as some dealers can be. All of the staff I interacted with there were very friendly and helpful including Peter who was able to have his guys take care of a couple cosmetic things on the vehicle I was purchasing. Those guys did a phenomenal job on those small repairsp by the way! All in all it was a really great experience and I would absolutely recommend CBB and Ricardo in particular to anyone looking to buy. He is very knowledgeable and patient and truly goes out of his way to make it an enjoyable and easy process for the buyer. Thank you again Ricardo! More

Terrible service experience I received an email that my vehicle was soon due for service. I responded to the email with the date and time I wanted to bring the car in. No respons I received an email that my vehicle was soon due for service. I responded to the email with the date and time I wanted to bring the car in. No response. I received another email identical to the first about two days later. Then I filled out the online service form and asked them to email or text me to confirm. Crickets. Finally I called and set up the appointment. I dropped my car off at 11:30 Tuesday morning for a routine service. They didn't have a car to give me so I had my wife pick me up. The advisor asked if I wanted it detailed ( included in my service package), so I said yes - mistake on my part. Then she asked if I needed it back that night . I said no - mistake on my part. Late Wednesday morning, I received a voicemail that the technician had detected a transmission fluid leak. The car is under warranty, so they asked if I would like them to take it to the dealer for repair. I said yes - another mistake. They did not take the car up there until Thursday morning. The repair was simple and completed by late Thursday afternoon, but they didn't send anyone to get it until 3:00 Friday afternoon. Next voicemail from the advisor says she will be off all weekend, and hopes I am okay with not having my car for the weekend. The answer is no. Now the car is ready- Friday night. Car should have been ready to pick up Wednesday night. Also promised to call if a car came in that I could use. Crickets. This advisor doesn't know her job. If I buy another car at CBB, I won't be getting my service done there. In fairness, prior service experience has been fine. More
