This is our second car purchase from CBB in the past 4 months, so that should tell you a lot in itself. We came right back. I dealt with Matt to purchase my Lexus, but am adding Ryan into this review because he helped with my wife's Infiniti and stopped by to chat with us this time too. The finance experience was surprisingly painless as well, but Matt was really the key to this whole experience. He's very personable and not at all pushy. It appears that the majority of this job is spent riding in cars with or chatting with strangers, and it was very easy to do with Matt. Ryan was equally friendly the first time we stopped in. I hope these two cars last for many, many years, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back to CBB - or recommend them to a friend or family member. More
