My buying experience at Certified Benz and Beemer was the best i've had at any pre-owned car dealership ive dealt with in 25 years of buying cars! It is probably the nicest pre-owned dealership with the widest selection of awesome cars that ive ever been to. I first called in on 2/3 to ask about a 2016 Charger SRT 392. I talked to Carl Pickett and came in for a test drive. Carl was a really nice guy and good to talk to. He answered all my questions and got me an appraisal on my trade in quickly and without any of the games other dealers play. I wasnt ready to buy right then as i wanted to look at another vehicle and was going out of town the next day. No pressure at all to buy immediately like ive dealt with at every other car dealership ive been to. Had several phone calls with Carl while i was out of town and did a little negotiating on my trade. Came back in on 2/15 to look at the Charger again and have them take one more look at my trade. Unfortunately Carl had to leave before i got there to deal with a family emergency so he had Matthew Melone take over. Matthew was really great to deal with! I really enjoyed talking to him as he is a car guy like me! He was very friendly and again very low pressure which is unlike other car dealerships. He showed me the car again and had it put on a lift in their service bay so i could check everything out on the underside. Matthew had Travis Walters take another look at my trade in and discuss some financing options with me . I've had several bad experiences with dealer finance departments in the past but that was not the case here! Travis was also great to deal with. I asked him to only look at the pre-approval i had and 1 more bank of his choosing and that is exactly what he did. Got my deal done quickly and without 10 inquiries on my credit report like the last dealership i bought from! I then met with Ronald Horne who was also really cool to deal with! He went through my paperwork with me quickly and everything was exactly like we agreed on. No tricks here! I also didn't feel pressured to buy any of the extra coverage, warranty, or service contract. The products they offer are very good compared to others ive seen and Ronald explained them all to me but didn't overly pressure me to buy like at most dealers ive been to. Buying experience went really smoothly! There was one issue with the car's door panel that we noticed right before i was ready to buy it. Matthew assured me that they would get it taken care of. He even had Trevor the general sales manager come out and look at it and he said that he had seen that issue before and thought it would be covered under factory warranty. I thought i would have to take it in and have it looked at but Matthew took my car to the Dodge dealership first thing the next morning and got the replacement panel authorized under warranty and ordered as it is out of stock. When i came to pickup my car he told me as soon as that panel comes in to drop the car off to him and he would get it in for repair then pick it up and have it detailed before returning to me. Even offered to give me a BMW as a loaner while my car is being serviced. Awesome service after the sale!! Overall everyone i dealt with or even just said hello to at this dealership was very friendly and never once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured like at other places. I highly recommend Certified Benz & and Beemer and I will defintiely be calling Matthew Melone when im looking for my next car. More

Not a respectable dealership I cannot recommend this dealership at all. Purchased a used 2018 BMW 430i from them back in Aug/Sep 2018. Sales rep Matt Maurer was modestly friendl I cannot recommend this dealership at all. Purchased a used 2018 BMW 430i from them back in Aug/Sep 2018. Sales rep Matt Maurer was modestly friendly at first but wasn't very accommodating when it came to getting me more information during the first one or two sales calls. The finance guy sounded very monotone and indifferent. Matt recommended I have the car shipped to me in NM which I initially didn't want because I was scared it would get damaged in transit. But partly because he said I would save the AZ tax I ended up trusting him and had the dealership arrange the transport. I very much regret my decision to this day!!! Communication with the trucker they hired was a pure nightmare. Never available to take my calls, never properly informed me of a delivery date. Driver was rude, yelling, condescending and blackmailed me into receiving the car in the middle of the night (I was sitting at Applebee's with friends when he alerted me of his arrival within 15 minutes). When I complained to Matt about the driver's behavior he did not have my back. He even went as far as indirectly ridiculing me for being worried about possible damages. Long story short. Car ended up being delivered with damages (scratches on underside of front spoiler, side door frame and wheel). When I complained to Matt about it, he offered me a $300 good will payment (this was contradictory to his prior guarantee that the car would be repaired if damaged) which I never received. I have a screenshot of the entire text conversation on my phone. The repair estimate ended up coming in at approx. $ 1250. They truly ruined my car buying excitement. Will never EVER buy from them again and will make sure everybody knows about my negative experience!!!! P.S. The title to the car ended up getting mailed to me so late that the state of NM charged me a $20 penalty. More

Other dealers like to force hidden fees and unwanted products on you, but not CBB. The add-ons are available but there's no pressure to buy them. Brandon also went out of his way to find the right car for me and brought to my attention to one that was on its way in that was the perfect fit. We will be back to purchase another car from Brandon in the future. More
