Above & beyond service My mother in law bought a car here & gave it to my wife about a month later. I found out she had the battery replaced after buying it but it kept dyin My mother in law bought a car here & gave it to my wife about a month later. I found out she had the battery replaced after buying it but it kept dying. I took it to Michael in service & explained what was going on and told him there was also no Freon in the a/c system. It took about a week but they found the electric water pump was draining the battery. They replaced it & installed a new battery free of charge. They charged the a/c but never found a leak... I expressed my concern that there had to be a leak, being in the refrigeration repair industry myself & knowing freon doesn't just leave the system. Also, that it'd soon be out of warranty. Michael stated if there was a future issue he would take care of it. Sure enough a few months down the road, mid summer, and out of warranty the a/c wasn't cold. I brought it in & they found the leak & replaced the evap just as Micael said he would... he took care of it & I can't thank him enough. Grately appreciate the above & beyond service! More

4.5 Stars would be my rating. I was very pleased with Andy and how he handled my situation. I was looking for a needle in a haystack car and he understood that and respected it. The sales process was simple and Victoria worked hard to deliver the car in the moat professional manner possible. My only issue with the entire dealership was a lack of communication between sales and service on a few things that needed to be done to the car after delivery. I live on the other side of town, dropped off the car, came back hours later only to find oit one of the parts was never ordered. Now I have to come back again. Randy, in service, was a great communicator with me and I don't blame him for the issue. That said, the communication broke down somewhere. Overall, a very good dealership experience. More

Travis is the finance go-to at CBB, he was very professional and was very helpful during the process. They are super cooperative and NOT PUSHY. I can tell their objective is to give an excellent overall customer experience. All of my minor complaints were solved with no hesitation and Juan in the Service Department gave me the confidence that all my needs would be taken care of because i purchased from CBB. I like that, they care more about a relationship. Victoria topped all this off by calling me to follow up on my vehicle and to make sure i had no problems what so ever. This dealership strides to give superb customer service and to make the stress of purchasing a vehicle easy, they will go the extra mile to make you happy!
