They patiently worked with me month after month while waiting for my credit report to reflect that my car had been paid off, all while letting me take the vehicle I was interested in for test drives, 2nd opinions and made replacements to matters of concern regarding the vehicle I was highly interested in. Finally, I excitedly drove off in a freshly detailed Jeep that I'd been eye balling since day 1. The staff has a great demeanor, very positive and responsive!!! Coming or going, you have a smile! I was in the unfortunate situation of finding out that my 2012 BMW 550i needed a new Collin from Certified Benz & Beemer (CBB) took great care of me. I was in the unfortunate situation of finding out that my 2012 BMW 550i needed a new engine. But because I had purchased the car from CBB and the warranty that they offered to me, I paid nothing out of pocket for a brand new engine from BMW. I was provided a loaner vehicle to get around in until the service was complete. Collin also kept me updated on the status of my vehicle via text message so he didn’t have to bother me in the middle of work or during my leisure time. He even made sure that my car was squeaky clean when I picked it up. They gave me the new car dealership experience for my pre-owned vehicle. More
