He kept me updated on the progress throughout the day and let me know promptly when my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived my car was in front ready for me. He should me the vehicle that we thought I would be interested in and after a short demo, he was very considerate of my time. I was on a tight afternoon schedule and I asked if I could stop in later with my wife to see the car and he wasn't pushy, a huge plus for myself! I have been in Sales for 29 years and it is refreshing to have someone listen and trust you! We returned that evening and he further demonstrated the vehicle and was successful with a sale the following day. Gene Penna was a pleasure to work with! He was very helpful and Knowledgeable with the financing. We were using our bank and if Gene didn't personally call them and assist with the process, we may not have picked up our car for another day or so. Gene knows the ends and outs of how things work in the auto loan arena and you should be thankful you have him on your team. Pleasant and very conversational as well. Great Car Buying Experience I recently purchased an Audi for my wife at CBB and it was a very pleasant experience. I was on the hunt for a few month going to several dealerships I recently purchased an Audi for my wife at CBB and it was a very pleasant experience. I was on the hunt for a few month going to several dealerships small ones, big ones , craigslist , carvona ,eBay you name it I was there... and ultimately I ended up choosing to go with CBB for my purchase. Originally I went there with a pre approved auto loan with what I thought was fairly decent , however long story short I decided to see what CBB finance team could offer and BAM just like that I got a lower rate with the payment I wanted! Working with Chris was a great experience , honest , stand up guy who went above and beyond for me. ( The guy even came in on his day off because I did not want to deal with another salesperson) Throughout the whole process I "beat him up" on the price ... It truly is no haggle pricing which takes a little excitement out of it but Chris handled himself like a true professional. I was always the type of person that believed in never paying the sticker price for a car and well, I did... apart of me didn't feel right about it but honestly now that the deal is done I do not think I would of had it any other way. Fair price, No pressure, and Outstanding service by Chris you can't go wrong purchasing a vehicle at CBB. More

We went down to look and was greeted by Danny . He took us around to look at Beemers . Explained the process you use to aquire the vehicles , the inspection it goes through . Being very unsure of buying a used car , I had to think long and hard about the cars . The wife decided to look at a Benz. She really liked it . Danny explained everything about the vehicle . We had to think about it so we decided to leave and think it over for the night . Danny thanked us for coming in . No pressure to buy . This I liked . We talked about the car for a day , did research on the car . We decided to look at it again because of how great Danny was . We got to dealership and asked for Danny , but he was busy with other customer . He got Chris to help us . Test drove the vehicle . Wift had looked at Nissan , Ford , Hundai . We decided to get a Benz , used , low miles , all options , for the price of a base new car . No brainer . Why buy a cheep new car when you can have top of the line for the same price . Very satisfied I went to this dealer specifically for a used pickup they had advertised online. I thought it was listed for a decent price as it was an older top of I went to this dealer specifically for a used pickup they had advertised online. I thought it was listed for a decent price as it was an older top of the line model. When I got there I did notice the tires were bad and needed replaced very soon, my salesman agreed and tried to get that approved but the powers that be said no...that would be my only complaint about the place. They did offer employee pricing on new ones through them but I still think they should have been replaced. Other than that, everyone was friendly and professional and we didn’t spend a whole lot of time buying the vehicle like you normally would spending an entire afternoon at a dealer. I also liked they didn’t pressure you into buying extras and what not. More
