Well Jeff Hallenbeck and CBB has changed all that! What a pleasant (dare I say fun?) experience buying a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek that we had stopped by to just take a peek at. It had a third of the miles and was 3K less than one we had looked at the day before much closer to home. The whole process was smooth and painless with Jeff.
