I can not remember the mechanics name that performed the service but he as well was extremely friendly and even showed me some things that were wrong or needed fixing under my car. My car had several issues and after speaking with Michael for only a few minutes, I knew I made the right choice. The biggest difference between the dealership and Michael is that Michael is honest and looks out for the customer. The dealership has a tendency to tell me my car "needs" more work than it actually does which often leads to a much larger bill. Michael told me what and when my car needed and left the decision up to me. Like the title says, awesome, awesome service! More

Each time, unlike other shops and dealers, they don't recommend anything that isn't warranted and always give a fair analysis and pricing on all objectives. My service advisor, Michael Miller, is always honest, up-front, knowledgeable, friendly, and always has my best interest at heart.
