Only needed a new starter battery in my '03 SL500. Felt Tyson in the service dept was prompt, cordial, and helpful. After obtaining a bid/estimate I was back on the road in a hour. While waiting, visit with Frank in sales...very knowledgeable, fun, and honest. Superb collection of Benz & Beemers, all in 5* condition. RT in AZ More

From top to bottom we received first class treatment from everyone we came in contact with. We were stranded out of town, and at the mercy of a local service provider. Upon considering an outside opinion, we contacted Mr. Grubbs & Mr. Lombardo, who not only directed us in what steps to take, but enveloped the problem themselves. We were able to finish our trip without even a setback. Our appreciation does not say enough for how this organization went out of there way to assist. Both my wife and I will purchase our next cars from this dealership. Being in local business, we will continue to refer anyone interested in automobiles there way. Post Buying service visit We purchased our car and had a great sales experience, once the car was brought back into dealer for service due to oil light coming on and car stalli We purchased our car and had a great sales experience, once the car was brought back into dealer for service due to oil light coming on and car stalling it was not a good experience! We were told over and over "could not replicate light issue, when we finally could get in touch with service advisor, finally I asked about a fuel service (Charged us 218.00), problem still there, Got a call that car was complete, found car outside, Hot, Dirty, ding in quarter panel, could not find service advisor, waited 20 minutes, finally another advisor (Not ours) helped us to the cashier to pay for fuel service, could not find cashier, so advisor had to run credit card. Went outside to hot, dirty car, first thing, Oil light was on! Not a good experience CBB, Sales is great, Service is terrible. Took car to another service department, did oil service (Charged fee) now car is fine with no oil light. Thanks Derek More
