Dear Mr. Gebhart: We were very sorry to read your review. Subsequent to doing so, our General Manager, Dino DeLuca, reached out to you to clarify that any repairs to your clutch is generally not a covered component in any extended service contract as well as new car warranties. Mr. DeLuca discussed that it is possible that there must have been a misunderstanding that you thought a clutch would be a covered component in your service contract. In light of the possible misunderstanding, Mr. DeLuca offered you a discount to help with the cost of the clutch repair. Mr. DeLuca understood that you found that offer to be acceptable. We do apologize for the lack of a loaner vehicle being available during your most recent visit to our Service Department. Although we maintain a large number of loaners, there are times when all of them are in use. Sincerely, Jack Schneider, Owner
