We recently purchased a vehicle from Certfied Benz and Beemer and from the first phone call to after the vehicle was purchased Saw Yu was amazing,friendly and very professional. She had the vehicle up fro Beemer and from the first phone call to after the vehicle was purchased Saw Yu was amazing,friendly and very professional. She had the vehicle up front and ready for us when we arrived. She addressed any and all questions and concerns we had. David the Sales manager also came out and introduced himself and answered some questions we had. They even offered to put the vehicle on a lift so we could fully inspect it. There was no pressure and the purchase was very fast and smooth. We did have one issue we wanted addressed and after the vehicle was purchased they stayed true to their word and fixed it in a timely manner. Saw Yu was amazing and continued to follow up on everything until all the work was done. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Certfied Benz and Beemer.
