I walked in reluctantly and was greeted with smiling faces. I was still reluctant but I went with it, but in the back of my mind I was ready to walk out at the drop of the dime. Then, I was acquainted by Junior. He showed me my car and I fell in love with it. I didn't want to get out of it. It was in such great condition. He took me back in and offered me popcorn and water (lord knows I was starving after my drive from CT). and went over numbers with me. Once I got in the box with the finance manager and he went over everything with the bank I was a little disappointed because I thought my credit would get me a little better, however, it was still reasonable. I would recommend this spot to my friends. They made me feel at home and made sure I didn't have a long wait. The only negative is that my credit couldn't get me a better rate but that's really on me. More

UNTRUSTWORTHY and no regard for customers! I strongly suggest you record every conversation ( In NYS your legal right as long as one party knows they are recording-YOU—check, and admissible i I strongly suggest you record every conversation ( In NYS your legal right as long as one party knows they are recording-YOU—check, and admissible in court), get the first and last name of everyone you deal with, have both parties sign everything in writing and DO NOT take their word on ANYTHING!....They misrepresented the facts...Once you leave the dealership leave a review so everyone knows about your experience ....If you have problems feel free to file a DMV complaint at this link and their DMV facility number is on the sign outside, which has to be posted by law outside the building. They also FALSELY advertise the cost of the car so if you do decide to purchase, expect to pay $2,500.00 plus additional taxes above the listed price. If this has happened to you, you do have recourse file a complaints---The Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357 and DMV etc. They left a poor 23 year girl, who is a student without a car, and heartbroken, and this is all after numerous lies and misrepresentations. PLEASE READ AND BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ON YELP!!!!..... going on SO MANY other various unethical practices including Mavis who they use to inspect their car up the road ….SECURE YOU PRIVATE INFORMATION!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! STAY AWAY!! Let me start by saying I love their facility. Their car selection is great BUT they SUCK at customer service and they are LIARS. Be prepared to add $2,500 to whatever the car is listed for on their website because the "down payment" is a hidden fee. JACOB tried the whole "This other person is also looking to buy the car, so get it while it's hot" kinda deal...I'm not dumb enough to fall for it. Also, while I was negotiating, JACOB told me someone else bought it. An hour after I left, JACOB told me the deal fell through but someone else is also interested. I put a small amount down to hold it and the next day and JACOB told me they couldn't sell it because it did not pass inspection. Within 12 hours of that i got a friend to call and they said the car had been SOLD. How can you sell a car that did not pass inspection?..especially when I put a down payment on it, BOTTOM LINE: They sell to the "highest bidder" and give everyone else the run around. STAY AWAY!! More

Truly an amazing and helpful dealership! This place helped me out when no one else could. They're even open on Sundays which worked with my schedule.
