No Pressure & A Great Deal Chris wondered out on the lot when he saw me looking at trucks. He was extremely helpful and wasn't trying to sell me anything. When I was ready to leave I asked for his business card because I knew when I was ready to buy, he was the one I wanted to work with. Fast forward about three weeks. Ready to buy and I called him on his cell early Monday AM even before the dealership opened. Told him I was ready to buy and wanted the best "on sale" deal they offered. He met me later that morning. Picked out the truck I wanted. He wrote up the deal. Had it approved. Closed and picked up my new Silverado on Wednesday. No surprises. Everything just worked. Thanks Chris for making this happen. Great salesmen, very professional and easy to deal with. I had actually came a few days earlier to the dealership looking at buying a used Silverado that was advertised. From the start, when I spoke to Brandi Shelton, who is the customer service representative, I knew there was no doubt that I would be traveling an hour and a half from my home to shop there. She was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She put me in touch with Martin Tamayo, who was my salesman. Martin was super friend, super helpful, and super knowledgeable. I was very nervous at the beginning of the experience, but Martin quickly calmed my nerves and made it such a please experience. Lynn Lloyd in the finance office was right there to talk me through everything. He was very professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. He made the whole financing experience, something that can be stressful, very easy. Most of all I was so happy to see that they understood I was on a budget and worked diligently to keep me in my budget. Champion Chevrolet is now my dealership of choice!
