David quoted the price that the truck would cost, explained the taxes and other cost and they were accurate and to the point. The truck was ready for pickup at the time that it was promised, he explained the way everything worked on the truck and we completed the paper work and we only had to spend a small amount of time at the dealership. we went to champion to look at avalanches. we had been looking for a while and knew pretty much what we wanted. bout 5 minutes after looking at a black LS Jay walked and started talking. giving use the us looking for a while and knew pretty much what we wanted. bout 5 minutes after looking at a black LS Jay walked and started talking. giving use the usual facts and sales pitches. the only diffrence is that Jay was VERY VERY patient during the numerous trips across the dealership that we asked him to take (atleast 15) he let us test drive a red LT and even let us take a the black LS to an apointment we had (one that took atleast 2 and a half hours) even running late he never said a word. after we made the dicision to buy one. he made sure everything was done properly.even giving us a killer offer on the avalanche we bought. he showed us amazing courtasy and respect that i have never seen from a sales person before. i would recommend ANYONE buying a car to go ask for Jay Hayes. the nicest salesman i have ever met!!!!!!!!!! In the last few months the improvements in this dealerships overall customer service and vehicle service has been improving every time I visit and I visit often. We have 5 HHR's and they are on the dealerships overall customer service and vehicle service has been improving every time I visit and I visit often. We have 5 HHR's and they are on the road every day. There is no waiting on an appointment for things like oil changes and tire rotations. They have dedicated some extra service people to handle these everyday needs. I'd also like to comment on the improvements in the customer waiting areas. Flat screen TV's, access to computers and phone, nice comfortable furniture and even a game room with some really sweet gaming equipment make your service wait go by very fast.
