Technicians did great. Brooks Barrick was very rude and disrespectful. I tried to explain to her issues I was having with my car and she tried to argue with me. Said she turned my car off when it was still disrespectful. I tried to explain to her issues I was having with my car and she tried to argue with me. Said she turned my car off when it was still running and I told her it was still on, yet proceeded to still try and argue with me. Then she gave me an attitude when I had to restart my car due to the issues my car was giving me and she made rude comments I explained to her yes I’m aware I had to restart my car this is what I’m trying to explain to you what’s going on with it, and then she just walked away from me. Didn’t try and help or anything. Didn’t smile, say hi, how’s your day, nothing. Totally disrespectful. So I was not happy with the customer service she provided. If I do go back, I hope I don’t have to deal with her again. If I could submit no stars I would, but I won’t even give her one on the survey. More
