Although he normally works with commercial fleets, he gave us his full attention and was very knowledgeable about the Tahoe and the Traverse, the two vehicles we were interested in. He answered a series of questions in a pleasant and thorough manner. He gave us the opportunity to go home and think about the vehicles and even asked when it would be a good time to get back to us--not a pushy person at all. He allowed us to drive both vehicles and talked to us about our budget. Aaron Glaze followed up with the monetary end of the transaction. He was very good about explaining warranty options, and went an extra mile to help us verify that the warranty could work for us as we desired.
