The Best Car Buying Experience We've Ever Had After seeing the car we were interested in online we drove over from the far east-side of Indianapolis and just showed up at the Champion Chevrolet of After seeing the car we were interested in online we drove over from the far east-side of Indianapolis and just showed up at the Champion Chevrolet of Avon dealership (which is a very modern, good looking and well laid-out facility. We met the salesman, Allen Syx, and told him which car we were interested in. He had the car brought up to the building for us to view and test drive. He explained the dealership's pricing policy (basically what's listed on the net is the cost) and asked if we had a trade-in, which we did. While had our trade-in looked at we discussed payment options.and worked out an arrangement to purchase the car we came to see. Allen was the most pleasant and helpful car salesperson we have ever dealt with. We then handled the finalization of the financing and other paperwork with Aaron Glaze who was also extremely pleasant and helpful. Both Allen and Aaron did their jobs in a very knowledgeable and professional manner. Champion Chevrolet of Avon should be very proud of both of these men. As stated in the title, this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. More

No Trust After servicing a factory recall, the service advisor informed me that there was a leak associated with the transmission oil cooler......$300+ to fix. After servicing a factory recall, the service advisor informed me that there was a leak associated with the transmission oil cooler......$300+ to fix. I almost fell for it. Instead, I decided to check it out for myself. Over a several week period I found no fluid drops on cardboard placed under my truck and a personal inspection found no sign of fluid of any kind leak g from my engine or transmission. How can I trust this dealership in the future? More

100000 mile tune up and check up 2009 chevy silverado I was due for my 100,000 routine mantinence and I was able to drop off my truck for a few days to get it looked at. I also had a small iintermittent I was due for my 100,000 routine mantinence and I was able to drop off my truck for a few days to get it looked at. I also had a small iintermittent popping noise in my steering. The staff at champion chevrolet handled everything very well, and handled everything. Though they weren't able to find the source of the noise, they gave me the choice to bring it back and have it looked at again in 6 months without any additional cost other than what I had already paid if I so need to. Very proffesional, kind, and helpful. More

Last experience wasn’t the best, made it right this time. Oil change, chipped windshield(I have a warranty purchased with the vehicle). My last visit person took pictures and was to contact me about fixing. Never heard back. Left him a voicemail, still never heard back. Explained all of that this time, she apologized and said she would make the necessary calls to get it fixed. True to her word, she called me two days later to set up an appointment for the repair. It’s being fixed as I type this. She was very thorough and went over ever thing. Very pleasant to deal with. More

Awesome!! Two thumbs up!! From the moment I walked in I was treated like a queen. I was introduced to Andrea and I told her what I wanted to look at, she didn't try to steer m From the moment I walked in I was treated like a queen. I was introduced to Andrea and I told her what I wanted to look at, she didn't try to steer me to something else. We took the car out for a test drive, I made up my mind that it was the car I wanted but I needed to talk to my boys about it first and she was good with that. I told her I would be back the next day. I stepped outside and called them and went back inside and told Andrea I would take the car. We did the paperwork and she handed me over to Shay and he and I did the financing and he went over some things with me. It took maybe thirty minutes or less. I went home picked up my checkbook and the title to my car, when I got back, Andrea changed out the license plate and I was on my Way. Great group of people.
