I worked with Lance, I have to be honest I was disappointed with the service he provided. I had agreed to purchase the 3 prepaid oil changes, then I found the coupon I had received via email for $ disappointed with the service he provided. I had agreed to purchase the 3 prepaid oil changes, then I found the coupon I had received via email for $15 off. I told him I wanted to use my coupon for this visit and would get the prepaid deal on my next visit. Clearly I have every intention of returning, Lance was pushy and clearly not happy that he had “redo all my paperwork”. It was just not the experience I’ve come to know from the Champion service department. More

I have no problems except when I made an appointment, I specifically told the tech I needed a ride back to work while my oil was being changed. I pull in to the garage and when I tell the tech I need a ri specifically told the tech I needed a ride back to work while my oil was being changed. I pull in to the garage and when I tell the tech I need a ride back to work, the service team member responds with “Oh I’m sorry but the shuttle has already left for the day.” Obviously, I was baffled because this was set-up prior to my service. This wasn’t a spur of the moment, “by the way” scenario. Thankfully I was able to call someone to drive me back to work. It was very unprofessional and could have caused a huge problem had I not had a backup plan. All-in-all, my car was taken care of quickly and I did get a ride back from one of your people to retrieve said vehicle. I have no ill feelings about Champion.
