Service Great experience! Patrick and Grant were very helpful. They even let me know about a problem with the oil drain plug I was unaware of and fixed prompt Great experience! Great Experience Took HHR in for warranty work. Mentioned that the turn signal didn't work but didn't want to pay for a diagnostic fee to find problem. Realized that Took HHR in for warranty work. Mentioned that the turn signal didn't work but didn't want to pay for a diagnostic fee to find problem. Realized that we still had extended warranty and Grant offered to check and see if warranty would cover fix on turn signal switch. To our surprise, warranty covered this expense and saved us $ on a repair. Great customer service on Grant's part by offering to check it out. More

Watch the labor rate! When the average cost to employ a nurse is under $50/hr. why should a dealership charge $100/hr. for their service (not including the shop fees and "Other Parts")? BLOATED profit mar nurse is under $50/hr. why should a dealership charge $100/hr. for their service (not including the shop fees and "Other Parts")? BLOATED profit margins and the need to make up the operating losses on the sales side. You're far better off finding a garage that does't have to charge you for losses in other areas of it's business. They're friendly and do quality work, but they're going to overcharge you in the name of "Everybody is doing it" or "It's the going rate"! More

Allie started off right away. Out of the hundreds of faces she sees on a monthly basis, she remembered me. She also remembered what I drove without looking it up. She had me in and out in 5 minutes fo faces she sees on a monthly basis, she remembered me. She also remembered what I drove without looking it up. She had me in and out in 5 minutes for the drop off. Later in the day when I checked out, they had me out in ten minutes after reviewing all checking points on the vehicle. I loved it. More
