They did not have me down for my appointment, despite calling 3 weeks ahead to make it..I had to get the service manger involved and he was very couteous and took care of the problem. Went above to make calling 3 weeks ahead to make it..I had to get the service manger involved and he was very couteous and took care of the problem. Went above to make sure I was ok.
