I was having an ongoing problem with my 2011 Chevy Silverado. The diagnostics could not find a problem even though the experience I had with the vehicle was real. Mr. Barnett was very friendly and helped me find the truck that would replace my 2011 model. I have purchased many cars and trucks over the years. Several were purchased in northern Virginia where I lived while working for the Department of Defense for 30+ years before I retired in 2011. The dealerships in the Washington D.C area claim they have been rated the best in the nation. I have to say that my experience with Champion was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had a rare mishap with my Tahoe and I took it in to be serviced. Even though they had never seen this happen, they were great about honoring the warranty. This dealership was absolutely wonderful when my father purchased his new Cadillac. He is an older gentleman and they treated him with kindness and respect. After his purchase he received a call telling purchased his new Cadillac. He is an older gentleman and they treated him with kindness and respect. After his purchase he received a call telling him that he could receive some acessories for the car without charge. He accepted and when he asked why he had gotten these acessories he was told that they had been ordered for the car he purchased before it was sold. Instead of putting these items back to be sold they offered to give them to him since they were for the car he purchased anyway. Many dealers would not do this. It is refreshing to see salesmen and managers who sincerely care about making their customers happy. Not only did they sell my parents a new car, but they actually thought about them after they purchased the vehicle. These actions are what brings in repeat business and new business as well.
