No appointment for service means a three hour wait. Scheduler did not have a rental to offer but sent me to higher person and I told him that I needed something to drive so I could go eat lunch. Technical work and diagnostics are great. Speed at which they get started is terribly slow. This is the first time I've had my new Spark (gas) checked because this dealership does NOT allow Speed at which they get started is terribly slow.
