First Service Experience at Champion Chevrolet I recently visited Champion Chevrolet for the first service to be done on our 2014 Buick Verano. What an experience. I parked the car when I got there and it was delivered back to me when completed. The oil change, tire rotation, etc., was completed within an hour. The gentleman checking me in was very courteous and friendly. I was treated with respect. The utmost care was taken of my car to make sure it was kept clean during the process. I was having an ongoing problem with my 2011 Chevy Silverado. The diagnostics could not find a problem even though the experience I had with the vehicle was real. Mr. Barnett was very friendly and helped me find the truck that would replace my 2011 model. I have purchased many cars and trucks over the years. Several were purchased in northern Virginia where I lived while working for the Department of Defense for 30+ years before I retired in 2011. The dealerships in the Washington D.C area claim they have been rated the best in the nation. I have to say that my experience with Champion was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had a rare mishap with my Tahoe and I took it in to be serviced. Even though they had never seen this happen, they were great about honoring the warranty.
