Jim was a nice and respectful salesman. The rest of the staff were nice and respectful too. The policy and pressure to make customers subscribe to and install the OnStar service + myChevrol The rest of the staff were nice and respectful too. The policy and pressure to make customers subscribe to and install the OnStar service + myChevrolet app was incredibly annoying. I wish I had known prior to sitting down that the dealer was/is incentivized to force these services on their customers at the very end of the buying process. Although I am not thrilled about the total money spent, I am happy with the car. You probably wont be finding the best deal, but I’m not sure who will be finding a better deal at any other dealership. More
